6 oz. Green Peppers 4 oz Onion, Red, raw, 1 oz. (LRA) 4 cup Organic Riced Cauliflower, Tropicland 4 oz Organic Chicken Bone Broth 2 oz Dairy: Butter, Salted (Kerry Gold, Grass-fed)
Cook riced cauliflower per directions on package.
Sauté onion and green pepper in bone broth and butter.
Add cooked riced cauliflower and cook until liquid is absorbed.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with turkey, chicken, beef, or fish.
