1.0 cup Spinach, fresh0.5 cup dole frozen pineapple0.5 cup members mark frozen blueberries0.5 cup members mark frozen strawberries0.5 cup private selection mango chunks1.0 serving Hass Avocado Fresh (1/2 of Avocado)2.0 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap2.0 tsp Metamucil Orange - Sugar Free1.0 dash Pepper, black1.0 tsp Ginger, ground1.0 tsp Turmeric, ground
Using a blender or nutribullet, add all ingredients, one by one. If using a blender, add the spinach and avocado with a cup of water first and blend until smooth. Then gradually add the other ingredients with extra water as needed.
