8 serving Bob's Red Mill Almond Flour - per 1/4 Cup 2 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 30 gram(s) Flaxseed flour (by DJMR1982) 1 tsp Salt 8 gram(s) instant yeast (by CD5002987) 1.5 tbsp chia seeds
Wet ingredients-
Add 1 and 1/4 cup warm water to a bowl.To it add yeast and lt it stand for 10 minutes.
To this mixture add grounded chia seeds and flaxseeds powder.
Stir and let stand for 3 minutes.
Dry ingredients-
Mix together almond and coconut flour with salt.
Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
Knead in machine for 6 minutes.
Cover and let it proof for 1 hour.
Preheat oven at 200 C for 15 minutes.
Add the dough to a greased pan and put it in the oven.Bake for 35-40 minutes at 200 C.
Remove it and allow to cool for 5 minutes and then cut it to serve with butter.
