Chicken Thighs Laid Back Style

4 Chicken thighs (with bone and skin)3 clove Garlic minced1 medium Purple Onion finely sliced (can be white onion too)4 oz. canned Sliced Mushrooms 1 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 2 tbsp Olive Oil 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 2 tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend (4 to 6 olives optional)
- Season the chicken thighs lightly with the Lemon-Pepper seasoning blend.
- Saute olive oil and garlic in a deep skillet for 2 minutes / Medium-High.
- Add the chicken thighs to the skillet and sear both sides / do not turn down the heat yet
- Add the rest of the ingredients and give it a stir to mix.
- Once it start to boil, cover the skillet and let it cook on low temp for approximately 45 minutes (flip chicken every 10 minutes approx.)
- Although your chicken will be cooked, you can leave it for a longer period of time until no knife is needed to cut through. It will be moist.
