0.5 cup, chopped Carrots, Beef Tenderloin Steak, 6 oz chopped1 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Potato, raw diced0.5 cup, diced Onions, raw 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 2 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning 1 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh 2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
Directions
Add oil to large skillet med heat Cook steak set aside Cook all vegetables together till tender Add back steak Serving Size: Makes 4 cups
