1.5 cup nature's eats blanched almond flour 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp *Flax Seed 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Oregano, ground 1 tsp Red Pepper Powder, Korean, Coarse (Wang) per1tsp/5g (by RYLATORR) 1 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder
Mix all ingredients and leave to rest for 30-45. Minutes Then make small bun size patties and put on parchment paper and put in airfryer.
Bake in airfryer 150 C for 7 minutes and then 180 C for 10 minutes
