48 oz Pork Shoulder (pork butt, picnic roast) 2 serving Mini Red Potatos-1 serving=4 potatos 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 3 cup, chopped Carrots, raw 1 cup, chopped Onions, raw 1 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 0.25 tsp MORTON Sea Salt, Fine Salt 2 tsp Pepper, black 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 4 clove Garlic 1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3- Sweet peppers (bell)
Cook pork shoulder for 50 min in insta-pot. Add vestibules cut in chunks and seasonings then cook again for 45 min. Relieve pressure enjoy.
