100.0 gram amul sugar free dark chocolate
Boil water in a pan/kadai. Take chocolate in another bowl and place over the boiled water. Once the chocolate is melted add milk and mix well. Add milk in small quantities and till you get the required consistency of ganache. Or of semi liquid state easy to spread over cake.
If its too bitter you can add sugar or jaggery. Serve chill for better taste. You can also replace it with any other chocolate.
You can also store it in fridge and microwave when needed with 20 seconds intervals
