2-3 lbs Beef brisket 1 large Onion Sliced1 can Soup- Campbell's French Onion Soup 3/4 cup Dry Red Wine 1/4 Cup Ketchup1/4 cup, packed Brown Sugar 1 Package of LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2) Place onions in roasting pan
3) Place meat on top of onions
4) mix all other ingredients and pour over top of meat
5) Cover with foil and pierce with sharp knife in several places
6) Bake for 3 1/2 to 4 hours until tender
7) Remove from oven and let stand covered for 10 minutes before slicing
8) Use “Gravy” from roasting pan and pour over each serving.
