Festive Black Bean & Corn Dip

1 16-oz can of black beans (drained and rinsed)1 11-oz can of corn (drained)1/2 cup of salsa2 TBSP of lime juice1 TBSP (or more) of fresh chopped cilantro1/4 tsp (or more) of Tabasco sauceoptional: chopped green onionsnote: cilantro and Tabasco have no calories, so use them liberally according to taste.
1. Drain and rinse the beans. In a medium sized bowl, mash the beans up slightly with a fork.
2. Add all the other ingredients and mix.

i tried this recipe and loved it. the only variations i made were to use fat free refried beans (fewer calories) and 4 Tbsp salsa instead of just 2. Oh, and I used powdered lime seasoning rather than the real thing since i didn't have any limes around.
