2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw 0.50 tsp Salt 2 tbsp Canola Oil 2 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 0.50 cup Applesauce, unsweetened 1 tsp Baking Powder 1.25 cup Pumpkin, canned, without salt 1 cup Granulated Sugar 3 serving Gold Standard Whey protein shake 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry 2 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Original, shelf stable 1 tsp Baking Soda
Pulverize oats. Mix dry ingredients and 1tsp cinnamon, 0.5tsp ginger, and 0.25tsp nutmeg (or sub with pumpkin pie spice). Mix wet ingredients (plus 1tsp vanilla) then add to dry and mix until combined. Add diced apples (core, peeled).
