Lamb stew

Ingredients
1000 grams Lamb, Australian, shoulder, arm, trimmed 3 small Onions, raw 1 tbsp Canola Oil 2 tsp Salt 1 tsp Cumin seed 1 tsp Cardamom, ground 1 tsp Fennel seed 2 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Ginger, ground 0.5 tsp Cloves, ground 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Garam Masala Indian Spice Mix (by BIGGIRL2082010)
Directions
Sauté onions in electric pressure cooker in some oil.Then add all spices ,sauté for 3 minutes and then add lamb pieces with bones.Add 1.5-2 liters of water and close the lid.Pressure cook at meat/ stew mode for 1 hour.Allow to NPR.Then serve warm .
