Chicken pesto roll-ups

Ingredients
4 serving Chicken-Perdue Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 4oz 2 serving Pesto, Priano ALLA GENOVESE PESTO, 2tbs (30g) 1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh 3 serving cheese, provolone, sliced, Happy Farms, 1 slice
Directions
Oven 350. Pound chicken to 1/4” thickness. Spread with pesto. Chop mushrooms and sprinkle over pesto on chicken. Top each with 1/2 slice cheese. Roll up and secure with toothpicks. Place seam side down in baking dish sprayed with olive oil. Bake covered till chicken is no longer pink, 25-30 min. Top chicken with smear of pesto and 1/4 slice of cheese. Broil till cheese is melted and browned.
