Basic French Crepes

1 cup all-purpose flour1 teaspoon sugar1/4 teaspoon salt3 small eggs2 cups milk 2% (don't use skim milk, the crepes will get watery)2 tablespoons butter, melted
1. Sift together flour, sugar and salt and set aside. In a large bowl beat eggs and milk together with an electric mixer. Pour in flour mixture and continue beating till smooth. In the end stir in melted butter.
2. Heat a lightly oiled frying pan over medium - high heat. Pour the batter in pan, using 2 tablespoons for each crepe. Tip and rotate pan to spread butter as thinly as possilbe. Brown on both sides and serve it hot, with any filling you want. (I sometimes eat them plain)
