0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract1.0 tbsp Coconut Oil0.25 tsp Baking Powder6.0 tsp Splenda0.33 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour2.2 oz Thai Kitchen Light Coconut Milk2.0 tbsp Coconut Flakes, Organic, Unsweetened
Mix dry ingredients in small bowl. Mix coconut milk and oil in the mug and warm 10 to 30 seconds until oil is fully melted. Mix in vanilla extract and gradually add in dry ingredients until mixed full. Microwave 60 to 80 seconds and let sit in the microwave for 1 minute.
