100 grams Peas, frozen 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tbsp Olive Oil 2 clove Garlic 4 tsp Ginger Root 1 tsp Coriander seed 1 tsp Cumin seed 0.25 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tbsp Chili powder 9 tsp A Taste of Thai - Red Curry Paste (by LISAG418) 400 gram(s) Coconut milk (continente) 1 can = 400 ml 200 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans) 200 gram(s) Raw Sweet Potato 2 serving Bifes de soja (50 gr) sem molho
sweat onion in olive oil. Add garlic and ginger & cook 3 minutes. Add spices and a bit of water and cook until fragrant. add curry paste and coconut milk and cook until boiling. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low until potatoes are cooked
