Ingredients
2 2 Tbsp Blue menu Super seeds 3 cup dry Oatmeal (plain) .25 almond Almonds 3 tbsp Coconut Oil - Nutiva Organic Extra-Virgin Coconut Oil 3 tbsp Honey 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 cup slices Apples, fresh with skin 3 cup Berry Mix, Great Value Triple Berry Mix, No Sugar Added 1 large (2-3/4" dia) (approx 2-1 Peaches, fresh 165 gram(s) Mangos 1 cup, sliced (165.0 g)
Directions
mix all the Dry add honey melted coconut oil
Cook all the fruit on stovetop
add some oats mixed to bottom of baking dish
layer the fruit mix on top. Cover with the rest of the oats mix and bake apprx 30 mins at 375 or untill bubbly and brown
