15 Milk, nonfat 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 15 Flour, white 1 serving Pillsbury Pie Crust (1 whole crust) 4 tsp Sugar in the Raw (Turbinado Sugar) 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 serving apple - Royal Gala med size (by CARBARK)
Mix apple slices with flour and cinnamon. Add vanilla.
Roll out pastry. Arrange apple slices on pastry, leave 1.5" edge.
Fold edges into centre, making generous pleats/folds along the way.
Brush top of pastry with milk.
Sprinkle turbinado sugar over the entire galette. Bake at 475 for 30 minutes, or until apples are saucy and crust is brown.
Serving Size: 6 slices
