Ingredients
3T Almond Flour1T dark Flax Seed Meal .5 tsp Baking Powder .5 tsp Bob's Red Mill Xanthan Gum 1 Egg 1.5 tbsp melted butter .5 tsp onion salt
Directions
Melt butter in cooking dish ( chose 1 close to burger size
Mix all dry ingredients
Add egg
Add melted butter
Mix well
Pour into cooking dish
Microwave high for 90 sec.
Remove to a saucer let cool 1 min, Slice horizontal with bread knife
Toast to a light color.
