Ingredients
5 oz Premium Tuna, Bumble Bee Chunk White Albacore Tuna In Water .75 serving Rice Chex Cereal (1 cup) 2 fl oz Lemon Juice 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw .67 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A 1 dash Salt 1 dash Pepper, black
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam.

Drain tuna. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Form six patties and place on cookie sheet.

Bake for 12 minutes; flip the patties over. Bake another 12 minutes and serve.
