Mediterranean slow cooker chicken noodle soup

Ingredients
16 oz Greenwise: Chicken - Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast - 4 Ounces 1.75 cup Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added 4 cup Campbell's low sodium chicken broth 1.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw 140 gram(s) bell pepper, red, sweet, raw 0.5 tsp Pepper, black 1 tbsp Oregano, ground 4 clove Garlic 0.25 tsp Salt 0.25 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 1 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf 6 oz Pasta, whole wheat elbows 2 tbsp Basil 2 tbsp Parsley 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Directions
Combine all but pasta, parsley, basil and parm. High 3 hrs. Remove chick. Add pasta. High 30 min. Shred chicken and add back in with basil and parsley. Divide. Sprinkle with parm.
