Low carb mushroom sauce

Ingredients
10 oz Mushrooms, fresh, sliced1/2 Onions, diced3 fl oz White Wine 1.5 T nature's eats blanched almond flour .75 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth .75 tbsp Butter, unsalted .25 tsp Thyme, dried1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
sautee onion in oil. Add thyme, and mushrooms until they start to release liquid. Add wine and scrape pan. Add chicken broth. Sprinkle a little flour at a time and whisk. Add butter, salt, and pepper.
