9.9 oz Chicken Breast Tenderloins raw, Perdue (by MORV75) 1 serving tofu shiratake noodles (by RAISINSITZ) .2 package (10 oz) Broccoli, frozen 5 oz Nature Sweet Cherub Tomatoes 1 cup Ricotta cheese Breakstone's (by LBUCKLEY64) 3 serving Monterey Marinated Mushrooms 4 mushrooms (by J-MBACON) 2 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (Ground) (by TIARENEE) 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil 1 tsp Rosemary, dried 1 tsp Thyme, ground
Directions
heat rosemary flavored olive oil in large frying pan, add raw chicken and season with dried seasonings, browning on all sides. Add the veggies and then the noodles and heat through then add ricotta and cook over medium heat until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked all the way through - I let it cook down to let the sauce thicken.
