Mini peppers stuffed with farmer cheese and herbs

Ingredients
1.0 tsp Oregano, ground1.0 tbsp Parsley, dried0.5 tsp Pepper, black1.0 tsp Salt298.0 gram Peppers, sweet, mini (Pero Family Farms) - 3 peppers/85g10.6 serving Farmer Cheese (1 oz. serving)5.0 serving Hormel Thick Cut Bacon (2 slices)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400° Remove tops of peppers (I had 300 g of peppers left from my 1 pound bag) and clean out seeds. Mix parsley and oregano with farmer cheese and stuff into peppers. Wrap with half a strip bacon (or however much bacon goes around the pepper. Place on baking/roasting rack above a foil lined pan to catch grease and bake for 30 minutes or until bacon is crispy. Serving Size: 3 peppers
