Spinach, Tomato, Courgette, Avocado with Rice

Ingredients
2 cup Spinach, fresh 200 gram (Veg) Courgette 50 gram(s) Sainsbury's Organic Pomodorino Tomatoes (by TILLYM+MS) 1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados, Florida 2 serving RICE - Uncle Ben's ready rice basmati 1 cup
Directions
Steam courgettes for nine minutes
Spray pan with olive oil spray
Stir in spinach and tomatoes over medium heat, until spinach wilts, then move to low heat until courgette is ready
Cook rice
Add chopped courgette, avocados, rice to spinach and tomato, stir for one minute and serve
