Ingredients
Cabbage Large HeadOnion Turkey SausageOne Can Stewed Tomatoes2 Small Cans Tomato Sauce4 Tblspns Chili Power1 Tspn Garlic SaltSalt and Pepper to tasteCajun Seasoning optional
Directions
Chop veggies and put into dutch oven with 2-3 inches of boiling water. Chop sausage in bite sized pieces. Add to veggies along with two small tomato sauce cans and one can of stewed tomatoes. Add salt, garlic, pepper and chili powder. Makes 6-8 Servings Serve with zucchini bread or cornbread.

    I would make this again; I left out the chili powder due to the sodium content, but the soup definitely needs it for flavor. Otherwise, I thought it was good and very easy to make. - 9/5/08
