potato mushroom soup

Ingredients
32 oz Russet Potatos 5.3 oz Serving (by OUSKABOO) 2 cup Mushrooms, canned 4 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 2 serving Pacific Natural Foods Organic Mushroom Broth, 1 cup
Directions
cut up the potatos and cover with cold water, bring to a boil and add a half cup of the mushrooms and the mushroom broth. Cover and simmer until potatos are soft. Remove from heat and use immersion blender, then add the rest of the mushrooms and return to the stove and simmer until warm .

    Warning - those measurements are approximate - nothing was actually measured, but I made it in a 3-quart pan.
