Baked Breakfast Oatmeal

Ingredients
6 cup Oatmeal, Quaker Oats, Quick 1 Minute, 1/2 cup dry oats 2 serving Canned Peaches, no sugar added, del monte, whole can (by CRYSTALBREEZY) .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar 2 tsp Baking Powder 4 large Egg white, fresh 1 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk) 14 tsp Sucralose (like Splenda) 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 6 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce
Directions
beat eggs, add applesauce and dry ingredients and combine. Stir in chopped peaches plus juice, vanilla and milk. Add oatmeal and stir till combined. Pour in a 9x13 inch greased baking dish and distribute evenly. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
