Black Bean Hummus

Ingredients
2 cup Beans, black 1 clove Garlic 2 1tsp Olive Oil 2 tbsp Tahini 1 tbsp Lime Juice, juice of 1 lime 29 grams Cilantro, raw
Directions
Mince garlic. Drain black beans (but save the liquid) Combine all ingredients (except for cilantro; if prefer a totally smooth hummus, then add it with rest) into blender or food processor and blend until smooth. If too thick or dry, add reserved black bean liquid to adjust consistency. Season to taste with salt and pepper, Can add roasted diced green chiles if desire.
