0.5 serving Honey Gold Potato, 5 potatoes0.25 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup1.0 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter, salted1.0 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Mexican Four Cheese blend
Peel (optional) cube boil potatoes until fork tender.
Mash in milk and butter.
Mix in 2/3 a cup of cheese (I suggest fancy shred for inside) put in serving dish smooth too sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top (I suggest the thick shred for the top) warm until top cheese is melted (I nuked it in the microwave if you have time and patience and an oven safe dish you can put it in the oven)
Serve it make 4 servings unless you are hungry.
