Ingredients
1 cup, balls Watermelon 1 cup, diced Pineapple, fresh 1 serving 1 scoop Muscle Milk Vanilla Protien Powder 2 tbsp chia seeds 2 tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream 2 cup Milk, 1% cup of ice
Directions
-Blend up all the Ingredients in a blender
-Drink the smoothie fast
-Add more ice if you want an ice cream consistency
-enjoy :D
