Keto Peppermint Patty Fat Bombs

6 oz Grace Creamed Coconut (whole package)1 tsp Peppermint Extract2 tbsp great value organic virgin coconut oil4 stevia packets1.5 tbsp Cocoa powder - Hershey's Special Dark
Mix 3 packets of stevia with creamed coconut and peppermint extract until smooth. Spoon onto a plate/pan covered with wax or parchment paper. Place in freezer to harden.
Mix 1 stevia packet with a few drops of hot water to dissolve. Stir in coconut oil. Then stir in cocoa powder.
Remove hardened patties and drip each in the cocoa mixture to coat and return to the frozen plate. After each are coated, drizzle the remaining cocoa across the patties. Keep refrigerated.
