Sour Cream and Chive scalloped potatoes

*Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Fresh Chives, 2 tbsp chopped Onions, raw, 0.25 cup, chopped Milk, 2%, .5 cup Fit & Active light sour cream, 1 serving *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 0.13 cup
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash and dry potatoes. Slice thin with skins on. Chop chives and onions.
In glass baking dish layer potatoes, onions and chives. Sprinkle with a Tbsp of the flour. Then make another layer just the same.
Mix milk and sour cream togther, then pour over potatoes. Bake @ 375 degrees for about 30-40 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
Makes 3 side servings.
