0.75 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour .5 tsp Baking Soda .5 tsp Baking Powder 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground 3 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil 1.5 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 4 tbsp Maple Syrup 4 tbsp chopped walnuts 1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
0. Preheat oven to 425F
1. Mash bananas in a bowl
2. Add remaining wet ingredients and stir
3. Combine dry ingredients except walnuts in a large bowl
4. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir to combine. Don't overnight
5. Fold in chopped walnut
6. Spoon into greased muffin tin and bake 15-20min
Serving Size: Makes 5 Large Muffins
