Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, extra lean (15% fat) pan broiled 3.5 oz Canned Chipotle Chilis in Adobo Sauce (1 can) (by COURT811) 3 cup cilantro lime rice vigo (by D44896) 1 cup Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese 2 cup Beans - Bush's Black Beans Reduced Sodium
Directions
Cook rice and beans as instructed on packaging. Brown ground beef in skillet. Puree chipotle peppers (.5 can) in food processor. Once beef is brown, add taco seasoning packet and follow instructions. Pour chipotle sauce over meat mixture. Assemble and serve, top with cheese
