Ingredients
3 Tbsp (15 grams) Nature's Eats Almond Flour Superfine Blanched 15 gram(s) Trader Joe's Nuts Oregon Hazelnuts Dry Roasted & Unsalted 2 Tbsp (24 grams) Trader Joe's Organic Chia Seeds 1 serving JUMBO EGGS, FRESH (1 egg- 63g) 1/4 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 cup Boiling Water
Directions
1. Boil water and add to Chia Seeds, stir until chia absorbs the water evenly. Let cool for a few minutes.
2. Mix in egg, and then remaining ingredients until the batter smooth.
3. Cook on medium heat in a fry pan 3 minutes on each side.
