0.5 cup Green Beans (snap) 1 serving Petite Yukon Gold Potato (1 serving = 4 potatoes) (by MISSY1021) 2 cup Earthbound Farm - Mixed Baby Greens 1 fillet Coho Salmon 1 large Hard Boiled Egg 1 serving Mezzetta Pitted Greek Kalamata Olives (4 olives in a serving) 0.3 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar 2 serving Annie's Naturals Organic Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salmon cooked in a foil wrap for 6 minutes in white wine, removed and cooled overnight in refrigerator
Boil potatoes until soft
Boil hard boil egg in water for 8 minutes and put in cool water to peel
Green beens are boiled for 2 minutes and cooled in water.
When all ingredients are made and chilled, arrange in greens and serve with mustard vinegar dressing. See recipe.
Serve with crusty bread and dressing
