Ingredients
400 grams Zucchini 400 gram(s) Tesco Lean Lamb Mince (by DONTOUCHMYFOOD) 1 tbsp Canola Oil 1 small Egg, fresh, whole, raw 3 tbsp Now Psyllium Husk Powder 3 tbsp Bob's Red Mill Coconut Flour (by BABYHUNT) 200 grams Cauliflower, raw 5 pepper Jalapeno Peppers 1 tsp Turmeric, ground 1 tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt (by WJHUNTER) 2 tsp Garlic 1 tbsp Coriander leaf, dried 1 tsp Garam Masala Spice Blend (by SAPOROUS) 2 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth
Directions
Make spiralize zucchini noodles ,add some salt and keep it in a sieve for removing the excess water.
Meatballs-
Take the minced meat and add everything in it and except oil.Use a chopper and and mix it well.
Make meatballs out of it.Fry the meatballs on medium flame in oil and remove aside once done.
In the same oil sauté zoodles.Add garlic and chicken broth 2 cups .
Add meatballs and cook covered for 5 minutes.
