Low Carb Slow Cooked Whole Chicken

6.0 serving Whole Chicken (1 lb)2.0 cup White onion- rough chopped256.0 gram Zuchinni, fresh, raw2.0 cup yellow squash5.0 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw4.0 tsp Himalayan salt1.0 tsp Pepper, black0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)0.5 tsp Onion powder0.5 tsp Paprika1.0 tsp Garlic powder1.0 tsp Thyme, ground
1. Mix dry ingredients in a small bowl. Rub on all sides of the chicken and place chicken in the cold slow cooker.
2. Chop veggies and place in the slow cooker around the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
3. Place lid on slow cooker and set to low temp. Cook for 6-8 hours, depending on the size of your chicken. I used a 6 lb chicken and cooked it for 7 hours.
