2 cup Brown Rice, long grain 5 cup (8 fl oz) Chicken Broth 3 cup, grated Carrots, raw 1 large Summer Squash 1 package (10 oz) yields Spinach, frozen
Cook brown rice in broth according to pkg directions. Meanwhile grate carrots and squash and thaw spinach.when rice is finished add veg to rive. Fluff. Cover. Season to taste.
