Taco meat

Ingredients
16 oz Ground beef, lean 10 oz Diced tomatoes with green chilies 1 oz Great value taco seasoning 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 1 tsp Salt 1 tbsp Butter, salted 0.5 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
Directions
Dice onion, add butter to skillet and sauté on medium high until translucent, add ground beef and continue cooking, chopping ground meat with spatula until brown. Drain. Return to skillet, add taco seasoning and stir. Reduce heat to medium. Add can of diced tomatoes with green chilies, stir. Add 1/2 cup of water. Cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally.
