Burger a la veggies

Ingredients
8 oz lean ground turkey1 cup shredded zucchini ( 1 average sized zucchini )1 egg (beaten)1 slice of bread, torn up in little pieces1/4 cup ketchup1 tablespoon Worcestershire saucesalt and pepper depending on your own taste1 teaspoon oreganoyou can used whatever herbs and spices you want to make this your own flavor. Cumin would be good for a Mexican flavor, or substitute barbecue sauce for the ketchup and add some barbecue seasoning.
Directions
Mix ground turkey and zucchini together in a bowl
add beaten egg, and torn up bread, mix
add all other ingredients and mix
Makes 4 burgers, I used a 1/2 cup measure to make each burger.
These fall apart easily. I made sure the pan was really hot before adding the burgers, and I also didn't mess with them in the pan before they were ready to be flipped. If you are careful, they come out sturdy enough to make a burger with. My picky husband really liked them, and he doesn't like veggies.
