Ingredients
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Banana, fresh 1 cup West Soy Low Fat Vanilla Soy Milk 72 grams Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened
Directions
1. Blend banana with low fat milk and strawberries in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Divide shake between 2 glasses and serve immediately.
