Ingredients
1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Ripe Banana, fresh 2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw Butter or oil, for cooking (optional)
Directions
1. Mashed the banana in a bowl.
2. Add egg and mix together with the mashed banana.
3. Heat a pan over a medium heat and pour over the pancake batter.
4. Flip each side of the pancake until golden-brown.
5. Serve Warm
