Quick and Easy Crockpot Salsa Chicken

Ingredients
20 oz Boneless/skinless Chicken Breast (publix sv size 4 oz) 32 tbsp Mateo's Gourmet Salsa (by FRANKLYAMUSED) 16 serving Ortega Taco Seasoning (whole packet for 16 tacos) (by MCOTTOVS) 7 oz Canned Chipotle Chilis in Adobo Sauce (1 can) (by COURT811)
Directions
Trim chicken, and season with salt/pepper.
Put chicken in crockpot.
Top with packet of taco seasoning and jar of salsa.
Puree chipotles in food processor or use immersion blender.
Add chipotles to your heat preference.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, Chicken will shred itself, but you can help it along with tongs.
Serve over nachos, as a taco filling, or in a burrito bowl.
