Healthy Chicken Wrap

Ingredients
3 oz chicken breast or tenders1 Tbs canned mushroom pieces1 tsp garlic1 Josehph's Oat bran & whole wheat pita1 lettuce leaf
Directions
Spray skillet and cook chicken slowly with the garlic (to keep it juicey) about 10 minutes or until done.
Wrap in warmed pita with mushrooms and lettuce.
Serve
