Peanut butter fudge

1/4 cup creamy peanut butter 2 cup Granulated Sugar 2/3 cup Milk Whole 1/8 tsp Salt 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1. 2/3 cup whole milk, 2 cups sugar, 1/8 tsp salt added to pot
2. Stir constantly over medium heat until bubbles. Cook until soft ball forms in cold water
3. Heat 1/4 cup peanut butter in microwave for 30 seconds and put in buttered container with 1 tsp vanilla. Container should be medium size so that the fudge will only be about 1/2” thickness.
4. Pour in sugar mixture in and beat with an electric mixer until lines don’t disappear. do not over beat.
5. Set fudge level in fridge. Once semi hardened cut into pieces. Let harden and enjoy.
