4 bricks philadelphia light cream cheese1 cup sugar4 eggs11 squares bakers white chocolate
Use an electric mixer to mix cream cheese, eggs and white sugar. Melt chocolate and fold into mixture. Bake in springform pan @ 400F for 15min, and then reduce to 200F for 1 hour. Let cool overnight in fridge before serving.
