Libby's New Fashioned Pumpkin Pie

1 (15 oz) can Pumpkin1 cup evaporated milk1 (14 oz) can Sweetened Condensed Milk1/2 tsp Salt1 tsp Cinnamon, ground1/2 tsp Ginger, ground1/2 tsp Cloves, ground2 large Eggs1 unbaked deep-dish 9" crust
Mix dry ingredients in small bowl.
Beat eggs in large bowl, stir pumpkin into eggs, add dry ingredient mix.
Gradually stir in milk.
Pour into unbaked shell, bake in preheated 425 F oven for 15 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 350 F and bake for 30-40 minutes, until knife inserted into center comes out clean.
Cool for 2 hours on wire rack. Serve immediately or refridgerate.
