Ingredients
1.0 cup carbalose2.0 serving egg yolk from one raw large egg: approx.2/3 ounces / 17 grams1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, rawSalt to tasteWater
Directions
Mix all ingredients and knead until smooth, adding water to loosen until it's about the right consistentcy for extrudable pasta dough. Refrigerate dough for 24 hours to hydrate then extrude macaroni and dry pasta.
